Role & responsibilities :
Estate Operations
Take complete ownership of day-to-day operations of the private estate(s).
Ensure the property is maintained to the highest standards of luxury, cleanliness, presentation, safety, and functionality.
Develop and implement SOPs for estate operations, housekeeping, maintenance, security, guest services, and emergency situations.
Conduct regular inspections and proactively identify operational issues.
Staff & Team Management
Lead and manage estate staff including housekeeping, drivers, gardeners, maintenance personnel, security, chefs, domestic staff, and other support teams.
Plan manpower requirements, duty rosters, shifts, leave schedules, and performance reviews.
Establish service standards and ensure staff maintain qualified conduct and confidentiality.
Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management of estate personnel.
Facilities & Maintenance
Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of buildings, interiors, gardens, swimming pools, utilities, electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing,



generators, vehicles, and other estate infrastructure.
Coordinate with architects, contractors, technicians, interior designers, landscapers, and other specialists when required.
Maintain preventive maintenance schedules and ensure timely resolution of breakdowns.
Vendor & Contractor Management
Identify, evaluate, negotiate with, and manage external vendors and service providers.
Ensure quality, timelines, commercial terms, and service standards are maintained.
Monitor AMC contracts, procurement, inventory, and service agreements.
Build a reliable network of premium service providers for urgent and specialized requirements.
Hospitality & Guest Management
Ensure exceptional hospitality standards for the Principal, family members, and guests.
Coordinate arrangements for private gatherings, celebrations, dinners, family functions, and other events hosted at the es
