Qualifications and experience -
B.Pharm / D.Pharm from a recognized institution.
Valid registration with the applicable State Pharmacy Council.
Relevant hospital pharmacy experience will be preferred.
Working knowledge of hospital pharmacy operations and applicable drug regulations.

. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Accuracy and timeliness of medication dispensing.
Zero/low dispensing and medication errors.
Proper maintenance of pharmacy stock and records.
Compliance with FEFO and expiry management.
Timely replenishment and prevention of stock-outs.
Proper storage and temperature monitoring.
Accurate controlled-drug and statutory documentation.
Compliance with NABH and hospital pharmacy policies.
Timely reporting and escalation of medication-related incidents.
Patient and clinical department satisfaction.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
