Qualification: B. Com / M. Com
Industry Preference: Manufacturing / Polymer / Chemical / Engineering Industry

Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Financial Operations
Manage day-to-day accounting activities and ensure accurate posting of transactions.
Review purchase, sales, receipt, payment, journal, and expense entries.
Maintain General Ledger, Debtors, Creditors, Bank, and Cash accounts.
Ensure proper reconciliation of accounting ledgers.
Supervise monthly and annual closing activities.
Prepare and review Trial Balance, Profit & Loss Account, and Balance Sheet schedules.
GST & Taxation
Ensure timely preparation and filing of GST returns.
Review GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-2B reconciliation and Input Tax Credit.
Monitor GST input/output liability and identify discrepancies.
Handle TDS calculation, deduction, payment, and return filing.




Maintain proper documentation for GST and TDS compliance.
Receivables & Payables
Monitor customer outstanding and ensure timely collection.
Prepare and review ageing reports.
Verify vendor invoices, purchase bills, debit notes, and credit notes.
Ensure payments are made as per approved credit terms.
Bank & Cash Management
Prepare and review bank reconciliations.
Monitor daily bank balances and cash flow requirements.
Verify bank transactions, payment entries, and receipts.
Assist management in cash-flow planning.
MIS & Management Reporting
Prepare monthly MIS reports for management.
Prepare sales, purchase, collection, outstanding, expense, and profitability reports.
Analyse actual expenses against budgets.
Provide financial data and analysis to management for decision-making.
Audit & Compliance
Coordinate with statutory auditors, tax consultants, and internal auditors.
