Conduct incoming, in-process, and final quality inspections.
Inspect fabricated components, assemblies, and finished products as per approved drawings and specifications.
Verify dimensions using measuring instruments such as:
Vernier Caliper
Micrometer
Measuring Tape
Height Gauge
Other inspection tools
Identify and report defects, deviations, and non-conforming materials.
Prepare and maintain inspection reports and quality records.
Ensure products meet the required quality standards and customer specifications.
Coordinate with Production, Fabrication, Assembly, and other departments to resolve quality issues.
Monitor rework and rejection activities.
Segregate and identify rejected or non-conforming materials.
Support root cause analysis and corrective action for recurring quality issues.
Ensure proper implementation of quality procedures and inspection standards.
Participate in internal audits and continuous improvement activities.
Follow 5S, safety, and company quality standards at the workplace.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
