WE'RE HIRING | Product / Project Manager – WealthTech

We are looking for an experienced Product / Project Manager to lead the execution and growth of a flagship WealthTech digital platform.

Location: Lucknow – On-site
Experience: 3–5+ Years
CTC: Up to ₹12 LPA
Role: Product / Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Define product requirements, user stories, feature roadmaps, and priorities for web and mobile platforms.
Lead sprint planning, backlog management, timelines, and end-to-end feature delivery.
Work closely with Engineering, UI/UX, Compliance, and senior management teams.
Translate business objectives into transparent technical requirements and actionable product scope.
Ensure platform features align with SEBI/AMFI compliance, security standards, and UX best practices.
Monitor product metrics, user feedback, and financial performance indicators to drive continuous improvement.
Ensure predictable,



high-quality product releases and effective stakeholder communication.

What We're Looking For:

3+ years of experience in Product Management / Technical Project Management.
Experience in FinTech, WealthTech, Capital Markets, or Financial Services preferred.
Solid understanding of Agile, Sprint Management, Backlog Management, and Roadmap Execution.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to bridge technical teams and senior business leadership.
Familiarity with financial compliance, KYC/KRA frameworks, or investment platforms is a solid advantage.
