Role Overview

We are looking for a
Solution Consultant
who can bridge client business challenges with innovative
Talent Intelligence and HR Tech solutions
. You will work closely with enterprise clients to understand their talent needs, design solutions, lead implementations, and drive measurable customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Partner with enterprise clients to understand business challenges and talent objectives.
Design solutions across
hiring, assessments, learning, coaching, talent development, and workforce transformation
.
Conduct discovery workshops, stakeholder discussions, and solution design sessions.
Develop assessment frameworks, competency models, benchmarking approaches, and success metrics.




Lead end-to-end solution implementation, including
pilots, PoCs, and client deployments
.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Consulting teams to deliver client requirements.
Manage project timelines, milestones, governance, and stakeholder communication.
Drive client onboarding, adoption, value realization, and continuous improvement.
Build solid relationships with senior stakeholders and act as a trusted strategic advisor.
Contribute to reusable solution frameworks, consulting playbooks, and best practices.

What We’re Looking For
Up to 4 years of relevant experience
in HR Tech, Talent Assessments, Consulting, Organizational Development, Customer Success, or Enterprise SaaS.
Robust understanding of
talent assessments, behavioural evaluation, and talent decision-making
.
Experience handling enterprise clients and solution implementations.
