Role & responsibilities
Perform installation, maintenance, and servicing of medical equipment. Provide in office and remote technical support to customers.
Identify and generate new sales opportunities within the assigned territory.
Build and maintain solid relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Collaborate with internal teams to meet service and sales targets. Ensure timely reporting and documentation of service activities.
