Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager with a solid background specifically in Real Estate Sales / Property Sales. The candidate must have hands-on experience in the real estate industry, including property sales, channel partner management, broker networks, client acquisition, and deal closures.

Candidates from FMCG, Pharma, Banking, Insurance, Retail, Telecom, or other non-real-estate industries will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Develop and manage channel partners, brokers, and property consultants.
Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
Conduct client meetings, site visits, negotiations, and deal closures.
Expand the company's sales and channel partner network.
Manage and motivate the sales team.
Track sales pipeline, follow-ups, bookings, and revenue.

Experience & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
MBA (Marketing/Sales) will be an added advantage.

Requirements




3+ years of relevant Real Estate Sales experience.
Strong experience in channel partner / broker network management.
Proven track record of achieving real estate sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
Residential, commercial, or industrial real estate experience preferred.
