Key Responsibilities
Load and unload SMT component reels into feeders as per the production schedule.
Prepare feeders for SMD components such as resistors, capacitors, diodes, ICs, connectors and other components.
Verify component part numbers, values, package types and quantities before loading.
Match component reels with the BOM, feeder list and machine program.
Perform proper feeder setup and feeder-to-slot allocation.
Ensure correct component orientation and polarity during feeder loading.
Support SMT machine changeovers and minimize setup/changeover time.
Maintain accurate records of component reels and feeder usage.
Check feeders for mechanical damage, wear, improper feeding and component misalignment.
Perform basic feeder cleaning, maintenance and troubleshooting.
Coordinate with the SMT machine operator,



production supervisor, stores and material team.
Ensure correct material identification and prevent wrong-component loading.
Handle MSD-sensitive components according to applicable storage and handling procedures.
Maintain proper ESD precautions while handling electronic components.
Follow FIFO/FEFO and component traceability requirements.
Report missing, damaged or incorrect components immediately to the supervisor.
Support line clearance and material reconciliation after completion of production batches.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
