· Maintaining all relevant customer related data in the system concerning sales, purchase, and finance department.
· Follow-up with customers for future orders and payment follow ups.
· Prepare Quotation, purchase order, shipping documents as per the requirement.
· Attending phone calls from customers and providing feedback, with a valuable customer approach
· Finding current customer and maintain relation with current customers.
· Provide support to purchase/sales/logistics and accounts department.
· Generate leads by cold calling and maintain data.
Job Type: Full time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Bachelor's (Preferred)
