About the Role
Location: Aerocity, Current Delhi (hybrid — 2–3 days/week in office)
Compensation: Up to ₹7,00,000/year fixed + uncapped incentive (10% on first month's revenue on every closed deal - percentage negotiable)

We're looking for a Business Development Specialist who wants to own growth, not just support it. This role goes beyond outreach — you'll be responsible for a real, converting pipeline and for shaping how the company shows up publicly, including personal branding for the founder.

What You'll Do
Build and convert a real pipeline
Own lead generation end to end — not just outreach volume, but consistent monthly conversions
Track what's working and double down; kill what isn't
Own online visibility
Lead the company's digital/online presence — this isn't a side task, it's core to the role
Build a consistent, credible public footprint across the right channels
Drive founder personal branding
Own and grow the founder's personal brand — content, positioning,

Get in front of key stakeholders — clients, influencers, partners — and build rapport that outlasts one deal
Nurture existing partnerships and keep clients genuinely happy, not just retained

What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
4+ years in BD, partnerships, or growth — with a track record of actually closing, not just "supporting"
Sharp verbal and written communication
Comfortable owning both external relationships and internal alignment
Some familiarity with personal branding / content, or willingness to learn it rapid
