REDTRONIC LLP is the Indian branch of REDTRONIC, specializing in automotive detailing, paint protection, surface protection, and qualified car-care solutions. We are expanding our sales network across India and are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our team in Delhi.

Job Summary

We are looking for a result-oriented and energetic Sales Executive to develop new business opportunities, manage existing customers, and promote our automotive products and services.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a strong interest in sales, and the ability to build long-term relationships with distributors, retailers, workshops, detailing centers, car-care businesses, and other automotive customers.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop current business prospects in the assigned territory.
Visit potential customers, distributors, retailers, workshops, detailing centers, and automotive businesses.
Generate leads through field visits, calls, referrals, and other sales channels.
Present and promote company products to prospective customers.




Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure regular follow-up.
Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
Follow up on enquiries and convert leads into confirmed orders.
Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.
Ensure proper product presentation and maintain a professional company image.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
1+ years of experience in sales or business development.
Experience in automotive, car detailing or related industries will be an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Valuable English and Hindi communication skills.
Robust negotiation and convincing skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel for customer meetings and field sales activities.
A valid driving license is required.
