Job Title: Sales Manager – Real Estate Consultancy
Drive sales and achieve monthly revenue targets.
Manage and convert leads into site visits and bookings.
Handle high-value clients and investment-focused buyers.
Build and maintain robust client and channel-partner relationships.
Lead, train, and motivate the sales team.
Coordinate with developers on inventory, pricing, offers, and closures.
Monitor sales pipeline, follow-ups, and team performance.
Maintain CRM records and prepare sales reports.
Stay updated on Goa property markets, upcoming projects, pricing, and investment trends.

Mandatory Requirement: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Goa real estate sales is mandatory. Candidates should have solid knowledge of Goa's key micro-markets, projects, developers, and investor/buyer segments, along with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Skills: Robust communication, negotiation, client handling, team management, and closing skills.

Pay: From ₹500,000.00 per year
