Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a variety of Indian and Chinese cuisine.
Assist in daily kitchen operations and food preparation.
Maintain proper taste, quality, and presentation of food.
Follow standard recipes and cooking procedures.
Ensure proper hygiene and cleanliness of the kitchen and cooking area.
Handle kitchen utensils, equipment, and ingredients safely.
Assist with chopping, cleaning, preparation, and other kitchen activities.
Maintain proper food storage and minimize food wastage.
Support the kitchen team during busy hours.
Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
