Connect with HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Leaders, Procurement Teams, and Business Heads to generate staffing requirements.
Understand clients' IT hiring requirements and coordinate with the recruitment/delivery team for timely closures.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and client meetings to proposal, negotiation, onboarding, and account growth.
Build and maintain robust relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Negotiate commercials, staffing rates, contracts, and service agreements.
Work closely with recruitment teams to ensure quality profiles and timely delivery.
Develop and manage a healthy sales pipeline and achieve assigned revenue and client acquisition targets.
