We are looking for a Customer Care Executive to handle customer queries, order processing, and support activities for our healthcare e-commerce platform. The candidate should possess valuable communication skills, problem-solving ability, and customer handling experience.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Respond to customer queries through phone, email, and chat.
Assist customers regarding product details, order status, delivery tracking, and returns.
Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when required.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing.
Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up details.
Ensure customer satisfaction and service quality.
Support healthcare-related service coordination when needed.
Required Skills
Good communication skills in Tamil and English & Hindi
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Ability to handle customers politely and professionally.
Problem-solving and multitasking ability.
Knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
Eligibility
Any Graduate / Diploma.
Freshers or experienced candidates can apply.
Experience in E-commerce or Healthcare customer support preferred.
Working Hours
General shift (9.30AM-6.30PM) based on business requirements.
