Knowledge of interior and civil finishing works.
Experience in gypsum partition, false ceiling, acoustic ceiling, plastering, painting, flooring, and related works.
Ability to read and understand architectural, structural, MEP and shop drawings.
Quantity estimation, BOQ preparation and material planning.
Knowledge of measurements, billing and subcontractor/vendor coordination.
Understanding of site levels, line & alignment, dimensions and quality standards.
Ability to identify and close site snags.
Supervise daily site activities and manpower.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and other vendors.
Ensure work is completed as per approved drawings and specifications.
Monitor material consumption and minimize wastage.
Maintain daily progress reports and site records.




Ensure safety and quality requirements are followed.
Plan work schedules and achieve project timelines.
Conduct inspections and coordinate snag closure.
Willingness to travel to project sites.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
Bangalore City, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:
Interior fit outs Civil Engineer: 1 year (Required)
