Key Responsibilities:
SAP systems ki installation, configuration, administration aur maintenance.
SAP ECC / S/4HANA environments ka support.
System monitoring – application, database, work processes, locks, dumps, jobs, etc.
Transport Management System (TMS) ke through transport requests manage karna.
SAP system start/stop, kernel upgrade/patching aur parameter configuration.
User administration, roles & authorizations mein support.
Background jobs schedule aur monitor karna.
SAP system refreshes, client administration, client copies handle karna.
SAP Notes implementation aur troubleshooting.
Performance monitoring and tuning.
Database administration team ke saath coordination, especially HANA/Oracle/SQL Server settings mein.
Backup/restore, HA/DR activities mein support.
SAP interfaces/RFCs, connectivity aur system availability issues troubleshoot karna.
Production issues ke liye L2/L3 support provide karna.
Change management, incident management aur problem management processes follow karna.
Technical documentation aur operational procedures maintain karna.
