Key Responsibilities
Own projects from brief to delivery
Design for social, digital ads, websites, brochures, packaging, and brand collateral (print + digital)
Build brand identities, logo systems, and visual language
Translate client briefs and feedback into design decisions
Apply solid colour, typography, hierarchy, and layout fundamentals
Use AI tools to speed up ideation and production
Maintain brand consistency across deliverables
Handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Required Skills
Ownership — runs with projects, no hand-holding needed
Eye for detail — catches inconsistencies before anyone else does
AI fluency — uses AI tools to enhance craft, not replace it
Client understanding — reads a brief and designs for the real objective
Technically sound — strong in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
Versatile across formats, rapid without losing quality
Takes feedback well, iterates fast
Good communication and collaboration

Automobile category experience
Mainline agency background (print + digital)
Portfolio mandatory — show range across print and digital.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
