About the Role

Uniqz Technologies is looking for a Process Associate to support our day-to-day business operations. The role involves maintaining records, handling data entry, preparing reports, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure assigned processes are completed accurately and on time.

Responsibilities
Handle daily operational and backend process activities.
Enter and update information accurately in Excel and internal systems.
Maintain digital and physical records as required.
Prepare daily and weekly operational reports.
Check data for accuracy and correct errors when required.
Coordinate with internal teams regarding assigned tasks and pending work.
Follow company procedures and established workflows.




Support routine documentation and administrative activities.

Requirements
Basic computer knowledge.
Working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Good time-management and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Willingness to work from the Nagercoil office.

Experience
