Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets.
Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads.
Build and maintain robust relationships with recent and existing customers.
Conduct sales meetings, performance reviews, and coaching sessions.
Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop sales campaigns.
Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term client retention.
Track key sales metrics using CRM tools and prepare management reports.
Recruit, train, and develop sales executives when required.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
MBA is preferred.




8–12 years of experience in sales, with at least 4–5 years in a managerial role.
Proven ability to consistently achieve or exceed sales targets.
Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics).

Pay: ₹14,349.36 - ₹57,085.10 per month
