About the Role

We are looking for experienced and target-driven
Associates / Senior Associates
to manage the complete student enrollment journey. This is a
pure Individual Contributor (IC) role
with end-to-end sales responsibility.

Key Responsibilities
Make
cold calls and follow up
with leads provided by the company.
Understand student/parent requirements and
fix appointments
.
Conduct
online/offline demos and product presentations
.
Counsel students and parents and explain suitable courses/programs.
Handle objections,



negotiate, follow up, and
close enrollments
.
Maintain lead and follow-up activities in the CRM.
Achieve assigned
daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
.

Requirements
1–4 years of experience
in B2C Sales / Inside Sales / Education Sales / EdTech preferred.
Solid communication skills in
Tamil & English
.
Positive convincing, negotiation, follow-up, and closing skills.
Comfortable with
cold calling and target-based sales
.
Customer-focused, self-driven, and result-oriented.
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
