Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Finance Coordinator to support and coordinate the day-to-day finance and accounting activities of the organization. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in finance and accounting, robust attention to detail, and the ability to manage financial transactions and documentation efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily finance and accounting activities.
Prepare, verify, and process invoices, payment requests, receipts, and financial documents.
Maintain accurate financial records and accounting documentation.
Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Follow up on outstanding customer payments.
Assist with bank, cash, and ledger reconciliations.
Record financial transactions accurately in the accounting system.
Assist in preparing monthly and periodic financial reports.
Monitor expenses and support budgeting and forecasting activities.
Coordinate with vendors, customers, banks,



and internal departments.
Ensure proper filing and maintenance of financial documents.
Assist with internal and external audits.
Identify and report financial discrepancies to the Finance Manager.
Ensure compliance with company finance policies and procedures.
Perform other finance-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
Previous experience in finance, accounting, or a Finance Coordinator role is preferred.
Experienced candidates will be given preference.
Positive knowledge of accounting principles and financial procedures.
Strong knowledge of MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
Robust numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
