Experience: 3 to 5 years in SCM/Logistics with solid operational and analytical expertise.
Analyse SCM & Logistics performance, cost, inventory and service levels.
Develop MIS, dashboards, KPIs and management analytics.
Analyse freight (road, rail, sea) , route, mode, vendor and logistics cost optimisation. Demurrage & detentions.
Identify bottlenecks and conduct root-cause & variance analysis.
Work with SAP/ERP, Power BI and other analytics tools.
Provide data-driven insights (market trends).
Lead cross-functional initiatives for SCM efficiency, automation and digitalisation.
