Job Role: Warehouse In-charge

Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory management, order fulfilment, and shipping.
Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits.
Ensure proper handling, storage, and movement of goods within the warehouse.
Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with warehouse safety standards.
Identify process gaps and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Monitor inventory levels, order processing, and overall warehouse performance.
Prepare and maintain regular warehouse and inventory reports.
Ensure proper coordination between warehouse staff, suppliers, and other departments.
Ensure secure handling and storage of dangerous goods as per applicable procedures.




Supervise warehouse activities and ensure daily operational targets are achieved.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and discipline within the warehouse.

Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse management.
Solid leadership, organizational, and team-handling skills.
Positive knowledge of warehouse management and inventory operations.
Knowledge of warehouse safety regulations and procedures.
Must have a bike and smartphone.
