Key Responsibilities
Assist project and management teams in day-to-day project and operational activities.
Support planning, coordination, monitoring, and execution of assigned project activities.
Assist in preparing daily/weekly/monthly reports, MIS, presentations, and project documentation.
Coordinate with site teams, engineers, contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders.
Monitor assigned activities and follow up to ensure timely completion.
Assist in maintaining project records, drawings, checklists, and other relevant documentation.
Support quality, safety, productivity, and compliance-related activities.
Understand and follow company policies, procedures, quality standards, and safety requirements.
Participate in site visits, inspections, meetings,
training programs, and cross-functional assignments.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and support implementation of productive work practices.
Take ownership of assigned tasks and progressively handle responsibilities independently.
Perform other duties and assignments as directed by the reporting manager.
Eligibility
B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Interns are also welcome to apply.
Candidates with 0–2 years of relevant experience may also be considered.
Willingness to work at project/site locations as per business requirements.
