Maintain day-to-day accounting entries and records.
Handle cash, bank and general ledger transactions.
Prepare and record sales, purchase, payment and receipt entries.
Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
Verify invoices, bills, supporting documents and approvals before processing.
Prepare and maintain bank reconciliation statements (BRS).
Assist in daily hotel revenue reconciliation, including room revenue, F&B; revenue and other operating revenue.
Check and reconcile POS / hotel system transactions with accounts records.
Maintain petty cash and verify supporting documents.
Assist in vendor reconciliation and customer ledger reconciliation.
Assist with month-end closing activities and preparation of financial reports.
Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting records.
Assist in GST, TDS, PF, ESIC and other statutory accounting-related work.
Coordinate with other departments such as Front Office, F&B;, Purchase, Stores and HR for accounting-related matters.
Assist in audit requirements and provide necessary supporting documents.




Ensure all accounting entries are accurate and completed within the required timelines.
Perform any other accounting-related duties assigned by the Finance Manager.

Required Knowledge & Skills
Basic to positive knowledge of hotel accounting procedures.
Knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime is required.
Basic knowledge of GST, TDS and statutory deductions.
Knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, ledger reconciliation and BRS.
Basic understanding of hotel revenue and daily revenue reconciliation.
Good knowledge of MS Excel, including basic formulas and data handling.
Good numerical and analytical skills.
Positive attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information.
Good communication and coordination skills.

Pay: Up to ₹22,000.00 per month
