Overseas Recruiter – Job Description

Experience: 0–1 Years | Location: Ekkattuthangal, Chennai

Responsibilities
Source and screen candidates for overseas job prospects.
Contact candidates and understand their qualifications, experience, and preferences.
Explain suitable job opportunities and recruitment processes.
Follow up with candidates and convert leads into successful applications.
Coordinate with recruitment and visa-processing teams.
Maintain candidate records in CRM/Excel.
Achieve monthly recruitment and conversion targets.

Requirements
0–2 years of experience; freshers can apply(any degree or diploma)
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid follow-up and convincing abilities.
Target-oriented and willing to learn.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/CRM is an advantage.
