Galaxy Online Power System Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Retention Resource (CRR) to join our team.

Job Type- Full time

Experience- 0–2 Years

Salary- ₹15,000–₹18,000 per month

Job Responsibilities
Communicate with existing customers through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
Build and maintain solid relationships with customers.
Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate support and solutions.
Follow up with customers to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
Identify customers who may discontinue services and take appropriate steps to retain them.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.




Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up details.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
Meet assigned customer retention and engagement targets.

Requirements
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle customers professionally and patiently.
Good problem-solving and follow-up skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.
Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of experience are welcome to apply.
Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per hour
