Coordinate with clients, hospitals, laboratories, and collection centres.
Handle marketing activities and develop current business prospects.
Maintain regular communication with existing and potential clients.
Coordinate the collection and transportation of samples.
Ensure timely pickup and delivery of samples to the laboratory.
Coordinate with collection executives, logistics partners, and laboratory teams.
Track sample movement and maintain proper records.
Follow up with clients regarding reports, services, and pending requirements.
Prepare daily/weekly activity and logistics reports.
Resolve basic client and logistics-related issues promptly.
Support the management team in achieving business and operational targets.
Travel locally as required for client visits and business development activities.
