Requirements
Salesforce Field Service (FSM) Developer with solid experience in Salesforce Field Service (FSL) and B2C service operations.
Implement end-to-end service lifecycle solutions including work order management, scheduling, and mobile workforce enablement in telecom/service domains.
Design and implement Field Service (FSM/FSL) solutions covering Work Orders, Service Appointments, and Service Resources.
Configure and enhance Work Order lifecycle, Service Territories, Operating Hours, and Resource Availability.
Build automation using Flows, Apex, Triggers, Validation Rules, and LWC for customer-facing UI.
Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.




Perform debugging and production troubleshooting.
Hands-on experience in: Salesforce Field Service (FSL/FSM), Work Orders, Service Appointments, and Scheduling, Apex, LWC, and Triggers, Flows and Lightning Components.
Certifications: Salesforce OmniStudio Developer; Salesforce Platform Developer I / II
