About the Role

PS Collaborations is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Executive – Sales & Operations to support sales growth, coordinate business operations, manage sales activities, and ensure smooth execution of day-to-day commercial processes.

The ideal candidate should have solid communication, coordination, analytical, and relationship-management skills, along with experience in sales operations, trade promotion, or a similar role.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and support day-to-day sales and operational activities.
Track sales targets, achievements, and business performance.
Coordinate with distributors, dealers, channel partners, and internal teams.
Manage sales orders,



inventory coordination, and timely execution.
Support trade promotions, schemes, offers, and promotional activities.
Monitor promotional effectiveness and prepare performance reports.
Maintain accurate sales data, MIS reports, and operational records.
Analyze sales trends and identify opportunities for business growth.
Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
Follow up with customers and channel partners regarding orders and payments.
Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
Resolve operational issues and coordinate with relevant departments for timely solutions.
Prepare regular reports and presentations for management review.
