Sr Sales Manager – Advertising (Field Sales)

About the Role

We are looking for a driven and energetic Sales Manager – Advertising (Field Work) to lead revenue growth for our outdoor / DOOH / media advertising solutions. The role involves on-ground client acquisition, relationship management, and end-to-end handling of the sales cycle in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute field sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly advertising revenue targets.
Identify and acquire recent advertising clients (local brands, retailers, corporates, agencies) through regular market visits and networking.
Conduct client meetings, understand their marketing needs, and pitch suitable advertising solutions and packages.
Prepare and present proposals, negotiate commercials, and close deals within defined timelines.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business, upselling, and cross-selling.




Coordinate with operations and marketing teams to ensure smooth execution of advertising campaigns.
Track daily field activity (visits, calls, proposals, closures) and submit regular sales reports to management.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities, and share insights for product and pricing improvements.

Candidate Profile
Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales, preferably in advertising, media, OOH/DOOH, print, radio, or digital marketing.
Robust communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proven experience in achieving sales targets and managing B2B clients.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable with extensive field work.
Ability to build and maintain long-term professional relationships.
Basic proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace and CRM tools will be an added advantage.
Own two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred (if applicable).
