Marketing Automation &
Customer Journey Management
Design and manage end-to-end customer journeys using Salesforce Journey Builder.
Develop automated campaigns across Email, SMS, WhatsApp, and Push Notifications.
Build lead nurturing, retention, loyalty, and customer engagement programs.
Drive personalization based on customer behavior and lifecycle data.
Optimize customer journeys through testing and analytics.

Campaign Management
Execute and manage campaigns through Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio.
Create audience segmentation strategies to improve customer targeting.
Manage campaign calendars, approvals, testing, and deployment.
Ensure timely delivery of campaigns aligned with business objectives.

Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administration
Own and manage the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform.
Manage users, permissions, business units, and governance processes.
Monitor platform performance, automation workflows, and data synchronization.
Maintain Data Extensions, Contact Builder configuration, and subscriber management.

CRM, Data &




Analytics
Build customer segments using Contact Builder and Data Extensions.
Develop advanced segmentation using customer lifecycle and engagement data.
Monitor campaign KPIs including open rates, CTR, conversion rates, engagement, retention, and unsubscribe rates.
Create dashboards and performance reports with actionable insights.

Technical Development &
Integration
Develop SQL queries for segmentation and reporting.
Create agile content using AMPscript and SSJS.
Support integrations with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CDPs, websites, mobile apps, and third-party MarTech platforms.
Partner with technology teams on API-based integrations and automation initiatives.

Governance &
Compliance
Ensure adherence to data privacy and compliance requirements.
Monitor email deliverability, sender reputation, bounce rates, and complaint rates.
Drive campaign governance, consent management, and operational best practices.
