Role & responsibilities
10+ years Corporate Finance/Institutional Credit and Lending business experience in a Non-Financial Risk focused role.
Strong understanding of control monitoring and assessment methodologies, including design and operatingeffectiveness assessment.
Solid knowledge of nonfinancial risk frameworks, risk obligations, and regulatory standards.
Strong understanding of governance expectations, documentation requirements, and evidence standards.
Knowledge of data analytics concepts, data structures, and how data informs Risk and Control Assessments, in addition to Control Monitoring.
Ability to collaborate and partner effectively with business and risk teams to uplift control effectiveness.
Clear and effective communication skills, with the ability to translate technical insights into actionable recommendations.
Solid planning, prioritisation, and organisation skills to manage multiple monitoring activities and deadlines.
High attention to detail, with solid discipline across governance, documentation, and testing evidence.
