Lead Project Manager – CCaaS Transformation / Genesys Migration

We are looking for an experienced
Lead Project Manager
with
4–5+ years of project/programme leadership experience
to drive complex
Transformation and CCaaS migration initiatives
in a large global organization.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end
CCaaS Transformation and Genesys migration
projects.
Manage project planning, timelines, resources, dependencies, risks and issues.
Drive
cutover, migration, implementation and hypercare
activities.
Coordinate with multiple
cross-functional and geographically distributed teams
.
Manage stakeholders, governance, reporting and senior management communication.
Ensure successful delivery within agreed scope, timelines and quality.
Drive transformation initiatives within a structured programme/project setting.

Must-Have Skills
4–5+ years of experience as a
Project Manager / Project Lead
.
Robust




Transformation Project Management
experience.
Hands-on
CCaaS migration
experience.
Mandatory
Genesys Migration
experience.
Experience in
resource planning, risk mitigation, cutover and hypercare
.
Experience working in large global/enterprise organizations.
Strong stakeholder and cross-functional team management skills.
Good understanding of the
Contact Centre domain
.

Valuable to Have
Genesys Cloud
experience.
Chatbot / Voicebot exposure.
NLU, LLM / GenAI
knowledge.
Experience with
RM Chat / WhatsApp
.
Customer Interaction (C&I;) domain experience.
