We are looking for a Senior Python Developer with robust experience in Machine Learning, Statistical Modeling, and productionizing analytical solutions. The role involves end-to-end model lifecycle activities including development, validation, deployment, monitoring, recalibration, and production support.

Mandatory Skills
6+ years of strong Python development
Hands-on Machine Learning model development & deployment
Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn
XGBoost / LightGBM
SQL & Database Programming
Statistical Modeling & Predictive Analytics
Feature Engineering & Model Evaluation
Model Recalibration, Retraining & Performance Monitoring
Experience with production ML/analytical applications
Strong debugging, troubleshooting & RCA skills




Experience handling large datasets
Solid communication & stakeholder management

Valuable to Have
PySpark
Oracle
Scorecards, Probability Models, Forecasting or Risk Models
Model Governance & Validation
Agile development experience

Key Responsibilities: Develop and optimize ML models, perform validation/recalibration, deploy models into enterprise environments, monitor production performance, troubleshoot issues, and support the complete model lifecycle.
