About the Company

KRIDHAN INFRATECH PVT. LTD. is a leading provider of infrastructure and construction solutions, specializing in Mechanical Couplers, Sonic Tubes, Forepoling Pipe Roofing Systems, and Foundation Engineering Products. We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to expand our business across Gujarat.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities and develop solid customer relationships.
- Promote and sell the company's infrastructure and construction products.
- Visit construction sites, contractors, consultants, EPC companies, builders, and infrastructure project offices.
- Identify new projects and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Conduct product presentations and technical discussions with clients.
- Prepare quotations and negotiate commercial terms.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order execution and timely deliveries.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Submit daily visit reports, sales reports, and market intelligence.




- Monitor competitor activities and identify new business opportunities.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil, Mechanical Engineering, or any graduate with relevant sales experience.
- 2-5 years of sales experience in construction materials, infrastructure products, building materials, steel, cement, or related industries.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel extensively across Gujarat.
- Knowledge of infrastructure and construction projects will be an added advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office.

Salary

₹30,000 - ₹35,000 per month (Based on experience) + Incentives + Travel Allowance
