Your Mission

At TravClan, our vendor relationships directly determine the rates, allocations, and terms we can offer travel agents. We're looking for a Vendor Manager who will hold the line in high-stakes negotiations with airline and hotel suppliers — someone built to protect company margins, not to keep the peace.



This is an individual contributor role reporting directly to the Co-founder, with full ownership of vendor outcomes from day one.

Own vendor relationships and negotiations across flights and hotels — securing the best possible commercial terms, resolving disputes decisively, and protecting company margins without compromise.

Team:This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports. Success is measured by negotiation outcomes, not by the size of a team.

What you will Own ?

Vendor Negotiations
- Lead and own high-stakes negotiations with flight and hotel suppliers to secure the best possible rates, allocations, and commercial terms.

Escalation & Dispute Ownership
- Take full ownership of vendor disputes and escalations — hold firm on commercial terms even under sustained pressure, and don't concede ground easily.

Contracting & Rate Management
- Own vendor contracts, rate loading, renewals, and ongoin
