ROLE SUMMARY

Responsible for managing overall center operations, driving business growth, and ensuring smooth patient service delivery.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Centre operations management and staff supervision (Nurses, Phlebotomists, Receptionists):
- Revenue growth through prescription conversion and database engagement
- Local marketing and hotspot activities for patient footfall:
- Coordination with doctors and healthcare teams
- Handling patient concerns and operational issues:
- Inventory management and compliance adherence

ELIGIBILITY
- Any Graduate (BHM / MHA preferred):
- 2-3 years experience in Healthcare / Hospital / Diagnostics / Nursing Home (mandatory) Strong leadership, communication, and operational skills:
- Target-driven mindset

WORK DETAILS
- Working Days: 6 Days (1 Rotational Off)
- Timing: 10:30 AM - 8:30 PM
- Salary: As per market standards + PF + Mediclaim

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
