Job Title: CRM Executive / Manager - Logistics & Supply Chain Management Department: Operations / Customer Support Location: [Andheri W, Veera Desai Rd, Mumbai-53] Experience: 1-8 Years (Air, Road & Sea Transportation may apply)

Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers related to logistics and supply chain operations (Logistics / SCM)
- Handle customer inquiries, service requests, and complaints professionally
- Coordinate with operations, warehouse, transport, and billing teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Track shipments, update customers on delivery status, delays, and exceptions:
- Maintain accurate customer data in CRM systems:
- Prepare and share daily/weekly service reports with management
- Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met
- Support sales team with client onboarding, documentation, and follow-ups:
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships

Key Skills & Requirements:
- Knowledge of Logistics, Transportation, Warehousing, and Supply Chain processes:
- Good verbal and written communication skills:




- Experience working on CRM software (Zoho, Salesforce, or similar)
- Robust coordination and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities
- Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, courier,(Air, Road & Sea Transportation)
- Customer-centric mindset with a proactive approach
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
