Job Title: HR Executive cum Recruiter

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
CTC: ₹23,000 - ₹30,000 per month (Salary will be offered based on experience and skills.)

About the Role

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Negotiate salary and coordinate offer roll-out.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions.

Pre-Onboarding & Onboarding
- Complete all pre-onboarding formalities.
- Collect, verify, and maintain employee documents.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and employee files.
- Conduct induction and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in HR Recruitment.:




- Freshers with HR internship experience are welcome to apply.:
- Valuable understanding of the recruitment process, onboarding, and HR documentation.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
- Must be from Gujarat.:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
