Client Servicing Manager - Branding & Creative Agency

Important

This role requires previous client-servicing or account-management experience within a branding agency, creative agency, advertising agency or design studio.

This is not a performance marketing, media buying, SEO, lead generation or social-media-only account-management role.

Our work spans brand strategy, positioning, identity design, campaign development, marketing collateral and brand implementation. We have particular experience working with real estate and other high-consideration categories.

We are looking for a senior client-servicing professional who can independently manage clients,



lead branding and creative projects and bring structure to the relationship between clients and the creative team.

2. About the role

As Client Servicing Manager, you will own the day-to-day relationship for a portfolio of clients and manage branding and communication projects from brief to final delivery.

You will work closely with the agency founder, designers, video editor, client servicing team members and external production partners. Your responsibility will be to understand the client’s business objective, translate it into a explicit creative brief and ensure that the work is delivered strategically, creatively and operationally.

The role requires more than project coordination. You should be able to understand branding, assess creative work, manage senior client conversations and protect the agency from unclear briefs, uncontrolled revisions and scope creep.
