Locations: -Dahod Gujrat

Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master's in Education/Social work, e.g., MSW, BSW, B.Ed., M.Ed

Duration: 2 Months

Languages Known:Proficiency in state-specific local language plus Hindi and English.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the education sector (preferably in EdTech or Assessment projects).
- Solid communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Must own a personal two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
- Age: 20 years and above.

Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of local geography and communities.
- Prior experience in operations or project coordination.
- Liaise with district and block education officials for permissions and school/student data.
- Recruit, train, and supervise field team members (enumerators, auditors) in consultation with Ei leads.
- Oversee the smooth execution of both digital and pen-paper assessments (including OMR handling).




- Plan daily field routes, allocate team resources, and monitor progress.
- Ensure accurate data collection, verification, and submission.
- Prepare and submit timely field reports and updates.
- Identify and resolve field-level operational challenges proactively.

Compensation: ₹25,000 per month (based on experience) + Travel Allowance (₹4/km)
