Job Title: PPC Manager - In-House

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage in-house PPC campaigns for Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Develop campaigns focused on generating high-quality leads and business enquiries for IT services.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, audience targeting, and campaign planning.
- Manage Search, Display, Remarketing, Performance Max, and other relevant Google Ads campaigns.
- Optimise campaigns based on CPL, conversion rate, CTR, ROAS, and lead quality.
- Create and optimise ad copies, landing pages, audience segments, and conversion funnels.
- Track and analyse campaign performance using Google Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Search Console.
- Implement conversion tracking and ensure accurate attribution of leads.




- Monitor budgets, bidding strategies, search terms, negative keywords, and overall campaign performance.
- Conduct A/B testing of ads, landing pages, keywords, and targeting strategies.
- Coordinate with the SEO, content, design, and development teams to improve paid campaign performance.
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and provide actionable recommendations.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
