The Compliance analyst plays an integral role in supporting compliance department for traditional and cloud solutions. Responsible for data management, data profiling and report generation using the AWM data lake and legacy DataMart. Close partnership with leadership team to develop Business Intelligence capabilities. Partner with business partners to provide technical insight/input on how to best mitigate regulatory risk. Ensure adherence to enterprise data governance standards.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analytics
- Working with Surveillance India internal teams and business partners to define and document business requirements
- Translating business requirements into Solutions
- Perform and deliver on complex ad-hoc business analysis requests
- Have an aptitude to understand and develop predictive models, if needed
- Development and execution of reports for program tracking and other information-based solutions support
- Translate analytic output into understandable and actionable business
