Key Responsibilities
- Source fabrics, lace, embroidery, accessories, and other raw materials from suppliers.
- Coordinate with weaving units, dyeing houses, printers, embroidery units, stitching units, and finishing departments.
- Follow up on production schedules to ensure timely delivery.
- Conduct regular factory visits to monitor manufacturing progress.
- Perform quality inspections at different production stages and before final dispatch.
- Identify production issues and work with vendors to resolve them promptly.
- Maintain production reports, purchase records, and vendor performance data.
- Coordinate with the warehouse, design, and sales teams to ensure smooth execution of orders.
- Negotiate with suppliers for competitive pricing while maintaining quality standards.
- Ensure all products meet company quality specifications and delivery timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3-8 years of experience in têxtile merchandising, sourcing, or production coordination.
- Experience in sarees, dress materials, garments,



or têxtile manufacturing preferred.
- Valuable understanding of têxtile processes including weaving, dyeing, printing, embroidery, finishing, and packing.
- Strong vendor management and follow-up skills.
- Ability to identify quality issues in fabrics and finished products.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and basic reporting.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple vendors simultaneously.
- Based in Surat or willing to relocate.
- Experience working with têxtile manufacturers and processing units.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Responsible, organized, and capable of handling pressure during peak production seasons.

Pay: ₹13,206.57 - ₹48,731.53 per month
