Key Responsibilities:
- Design engaging creatives for digital marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Create static and motion-ready assets for social media, performance marketing, CRM, websites, landing pages, and app promotions.
- Develop campaign concepts and visual identities that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing, content, product, and growth teams to deliver high-quality creatives within timelines.
- Ensure consistency of visual identity across all consumer touchpoints.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, AI-powered creative tools, and platform-specific best practices.
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality and attention to detail.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience in graphic design, preferably with digital-first or consumer internet brands.
- Robust portfolio showcasing digital campaigns, social media content, branding, and performance marketing creatives.




- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)and Figma.
- Working knowledge of After Effects, Premiere Pro, or motion graphics is an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, colour theory, visual storytelling,and UI-friendly design principles.
- Ability to interpret marketing briefs and convert them into impactful visual communication.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, ChatGPT, or similar creative tools is preferred.

Preferred Background:
- Experience working with startups, digital-first businesses, D2C brands, or consumer technology companies.
- Exposure to performance marketing creatives with an understanding of creative testing and optimization.
- Ability to balance creativity with business objectives and consumer insights.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to cross-functional teamwork.
