Key Responsibilities
- Understand customer enquiries related to custom designs, existing designs, color changes, size, measurements, and delivery requirements.
- Guide customers with design possibilities, fabric options, measurements, and order placement support.
- Coordinate with the production team to follow up on customer orders and ensure the requirements are clearly communicated.
- Inspect produced garments to ensure quality, finishing, measurements, design details, and customer requirements are properly met.
- Identify quality issues, report them clearly, and follow up for corrective actions until the issue is resolved.
- Support production by checking whether garments are made according to order details and approved design requirements.
- Maintain material stock records and update material inward, outward, and usage details.
- Track material availability and trigger procurement requirements on time to avoid production delays.
- Coordinate with the production, cutting, stitching, handwork, and finishing teams for smooth order processing.




- Maintain proper reports related to quality inspection, material stock, order follow-up, and production status.
- Ensure timely communication between customer care, production, and management.

Required Skills:
- Basic fashion designing knowledge
- Good understanding of garment construction, fabric, measurements, and finishing quality
- Robust attention to detail
- Good customer communication skill
- Ability to identify quality issues in garments
- Basic material and stock management knowledge
- Good coordination and follow-up skill
- Basic computer and Excel knowledge
- Ability to maintain records and reports properly
- Responsible, organized, and willing to learn

Qualification

Diploma or Degree in Fashion Designing / Textile / Apparel Designing preferred.

Freshers with good fashion knowledge and communication skills can also apply.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
