Role Overview

Key ResponsibilitiesData Entry & Record Management
- Enter, verify, and update data into company software, Excel sheets, and databases.
- Maintain accurate records of employees, clients, vendors, tenders, and project-related information.
- Digitize physical documents and organize electronic files.
- Ensure data confidentiality and security.

Documentation
- Prepare and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and MIS records.
- Scan, upload, and archive official documents.
- Maintain proper filing systems for contracts, invoices, and correspondence.

Government & Tender Support




- Update GeM tender information and project records.
- Maintain bid documentation and supporting files.
- Assist in preparing tender-related documentation and reports.

Quality Assurance
- Verify entered data for completeness and accuracy.
- Identify and correct data discrepancies.
- Perform regular database cleanup and validation.

Administrative Support
- Assist departments with document preparation and data retrieval.
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, Sales, and Operations for record updates.
- Generate reports as requested by management.

Required Skills:
- Quick and accurate typing skills (English; Hindi typing is an added advantage)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Sheets
- Basic computer knowledge
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to maintain confidentiality

Preferred Qualifications
- 12th Pass / Graduate in any
